About Membership
- HM studio is pleased to offer customers a range of high quality equipment.(,admission fee,￥300-)
- Customers wishing to visit or watch bands must also complete the membership application prior to entry to the studios. The same fees apply to these customers.（You can visit without the member registration and charge, if it's within 20 minutes.If you want, please offer to our staff.）
- Proof of identity (ID) must be provided upon completion of the membership application.
- First of all, please entrust your membership card and discount ticket to the staff when you come to this shop.
- When you lost a member's card, we impose reissue ￥200− on you. In addition,please understand you cannot shift any points.
About Members‘ Private Information
- Personal information is kept strictly confidential and staff will only utilize this information in case of an emergency; such as cancellations and the absence of members with reservations.
- Authorized staff can only reveal personal information upon special request of individual members.
- Due to consumer protection laws, only members with appropriate identification can access their own personal information.
About Reservation
- Reservations can be made between 10：00〜23：00 on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and between 10：00〜23：00 on weekends (Sat-Sun). Reservations can only be made by phone or in person.。
- under two people
・10:00〜18:00 of week day・・・・・・・・・・・・one week prior on reservation date.
・Sat&Sun&week day18:00〜・・・・・・・・・・・from 21:00 on the day prior to reservation date. - HM staff are happy to answer any question customers may have via email (such as prices and availability of studios). However reservations can not be made by email.
About Cancellations

over 3 person……………￥1,050-/per hr reserved
1〜2 person……………￥700-/per hr reserved
over 3 person……………￥2,100-/per hr reserved
（As a general rule,we ask you to have payment within one week from the reservation day that you canceled.）
Important Notes As rooms must be prepared for each customer/band,
- Please exit studios 5 minutes before the end of reserved time.
- Smoking is permitted only in the lobby area. Please refrain from smoking in the studios.
- Food and drink are permitted only in the lobby area. However drinks with secure caps(such as bottled water)may be taken into the studios. If unsure please ask our staff.
- Customers may be asked to cover the cost of sever damage caused by improper utilization of equipment.
- If unsure about the proper use of equipment please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff for assistance.
- Equipment may not be removed or transferred from the studios. Please return borrowed accessories to the front desk.
- While we encourage our customers to enjoy music we ask that customers use studio equipment with care. Please be aware that raising the volume of the amps and mixers to extreme levels will cause problematic feedback and can also cause permanent damage to the equipment.
- HM staff would like customers to have enjoyable sessions in our studios and urge customers to treat the equipment as if it were their own.
- This member agreement might be revised without obtaining the member's permission.
